Daniel S. Winkler, D.D.S.
Dr. Winkler completed his undergraduate education at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a B.A. in Psychology in 1992 and received his D.D.S. degree from the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry in 1997. In 1998, he completed his General Dental Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Winkler then joined Franklin Dental Associates in 1998, where he became a partner in 2005. Dr. Winkler is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Metropolitan District Dental Society. He is also a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Tri-County Vocational High School’s Dental Assisting Program. Dr. Winkler resides in Franklin with his wife Amy and their three children.
Harrison J. MacKenzie, D.M.D.
Dr. MacKenzie is a 2014 graduate of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned the Alumni Award for Clinical Excellence in Restorative Dentistry. Prior to dental school, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology at Connecticut College in New London, CT. He has been practicing at Franklin Dental Associates since he finished dental school.
Dr. MacKenzie is a current member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society, where he is a 2019-2020 Guest Member on the Board of Trustees. He is a 2019 Massachusetts Dental Society 10 Under Ten Award honoree.
He grew up in Walpole, MA, where he now resides with his wife and two children. In his free time, Dr. MacKenzie enjoys spending time with his family, playing drums, podcasts, spin classes, food, sneakers, stand-up comedy, and live music.

Maarten Broess, D.D.S., D.M.Sc., D.M.D.
Orthodontist
Dr. Broess earned his D.D.S. degree at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands before attending Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where he completed his orthodontic specialty training and received his D.M.Sc. and D.M.D. degrees. He has served as a Teaching Fellow, Clinical Instructor and Visiting Orthodontic Examiner at Harvard School of Dental Medicine for a total of 16 years. He currently dedicates his full focus to the practice of orthodontics.
Marci Mazzuca, FMCD(S), MSc, DMD, CAGS
Endodontics
Dr. Marci Mazzuca was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario Canada. During her time in Canada she attended the University of Western Ontario, known for its strong science and research facilities. It is there she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in the Honors Biology program. After being offered a position at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Mazzuca transitioned to Boston to complete her doctorate in dentistry in 2008 where she graduated magnum cum laude and received an award for outstanding oral diagnosis.
Following graduation, Dr. Mazzuca furthered her dental education at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine and completed a one year post-doctoral program receiving a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. She then continued on to complete a three year Masters of Science and specialty in the field of Endodontics . Upon her graduation in 2012, Dr. Mazzuca received her Fellowship distinction in addition to Board Certification in the field of Endodontics in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Throughout her career, Dr. Mazzuca has practiced alongside several colleagues in both endodontic specialty practices as well as multi specialty dental practices with strong emphasis on comprehensive patient care. She currently practices in Massachusetts and Toronto and is a member of the American Association of Endodontics, the Canadian Association of Endodontics, Massachusetts Dental Society and the Royal College of Dentist of Canada.
Dr. Mazzuca takes great pride in creating a relaxing, comfortable and pain free experience for all of those under her endodontic care. In her spare time, Dr. Mazzuca has volunteered as a teaching faculty in the post doctoral Endodontics program at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Outside of the dental office Dr. Mazzuca stays active through a variety of outdoor activities and sports and experimenting in the kitchen with new cuisines.
Dr. Mikhail Kobakov, D.M.D.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Kobakov graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he earned the American Society of Anesthesiologist Award for excellence in anesthesia. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Boston University Medical Center, a level one trauma center. His training included extensive experience with dentoalveolar surgery, implant surgery, orthognathic surgery, temporomandibular joint disorders, obstructive sleep apnea, and surgical oncology.
Dr. Kobakov believes strongly in providing exceptional care and that every procedure he performs should be his best work. He is very meticulous with everything he does.
